Tom Kelly

Mr. Kelly has extensive executive experience in the healthcare industry, including having served as the CEO of HealthSmart and President and CEO of Schaller Anderson, where he led the combined Medicaid business post-acquisition by Aetna, more than doubling membership and enrollment. Prior to Aetna and Schaller Anderson, Mr. Kelly served on the leadership team at Davita that successfully acquired Gambro’s dialysis business, and led the financing team that arranged the $3 billion credit facility that funded the transaction.
