FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What technology or infrastructure do schools need to support telehealth visits?
Hazel Health is designed to work within the resources that most schools already have. All that's needed is a WiFi-enabled device (such as a laptop, tablet, or Chromebook), a reliable internet connection, and a private space where the student can meet with a provider. There is no special software or hardware required. Students access Hazel through a secure, browser-based platform. Our team will work with the school during onboarding to ensure everything is set up for a smooth experience.
