What services are billed through CYBHI?

Only eligible behavioral health services delivered by Hazel clinicians are billed through the CYBHI Fee Schedule. CYBHI does not reimburse for:

  • Physical health services
  • Care coordination alone
  • Services for uninsured students

Those services are included in Hazel’s platform fee and not billed to insurers.
