No.

  • Only one entity bills for a given service
  • Hazel bills only for services delivered by Hazel clinicians
  • District-delivered services remain district-billable if otherwise eligible
  • Hazel’s platform fee is not tied to CYBHI reimbursement amounts

This model complies with state and federal prohibitions on duplicate billing.
