Hazel Health is fully compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). All personal and health information is stored securely using encrypted systems. Hazel only shares health information when necessary to coordinate care with providers approved by the family. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share information with immigration authorities. Every family deservesto feel safe when seeking care, and safeguarding your trust is at the core of everything we do.
