No. Hazel assumes full responsibility for:
- CYBHI billing accuracy
- Compliance with DHCS requirements
- Claims audits and recoupments
- Insurer disputes
The district:
- Does not contract with Carelon
- Does not submit claims
- Does not respond to billing audits
- Does not maintain CYBHI enrollment
