Does Hazel’s model impact the district’s ability to bill CYBHI for its own services?
No. Districts may continue to:
- Employ their own clinicians
- Bill CYBHI for district-delivered services
- Operate parallel programs
Hazel only bills for services it delivers. There is no restriction on district billing outside of Hazel-provided care.
